Hi! I’m Bethany…
I’m a registered clinical counsellor in the Comox Valley, Vancouver Island, BC, specializing in trauma therapy, therapy for borderline personality disorder (BPD), anxiety treatment, and more. I am humbly located on the unceded traditional territories of the K’ómoks First Nation.
I offer individual counselling in Comox for adults who are looking for a place to find their centre. To heal. To feel more grounded and regulated in their daily lives, heal their relationship with themselves and others, and reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit.
What I can help with:
Trauma therapy for single incidents (car accidents, natural disasters, assaults, etc.)
Relational trauma or developmental trauma from childhood experiences, abuse/neglect, nonrecognition, loss, or separation
PTSD and complex PTSD counselling
Feelings of anxiety, depression, and low self-worth
Support with substance use, self-harm, and emotional cycles
Support with challenges related to adoption
Coping with borderline personality disorder (BPD) or ADHD
No matter your struggle, I offer a safe, caring, and nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and fears.
Together, we’ll dive deep into the challenges life has handed you and help you embrace what’s there with compassion and forgiveness.
